Description
Delicious Funfetti cupcakes filled with edible cookie dough and topped with cream cheese frosting and sprinkles.

- 1 box Funfetti cake mix
- Ingredients for cake mix (eggs, oil, water)
- 1 cup edible cookie dough
- 1 package cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 3–4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Prepare the Funfetti cake mix according to package instructions and fill the cupcake liners two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
- Once cupcakes are cooled, use a knife or a cupcake corer to remove a small amount of the center of each cupcake.
- Fill each cupcake with edible cookie dough.
- For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter together until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Frost the filled cupcakes with the cream cheese frosting and top with more edible cookie dough and rainbow sprinkles.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt to the frosting. Freeze assembled cupcakes for later enjoyment.
