- 1 (8-ounce) container of Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) of instant pudding mix (any flavor)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar, plus extra for coating
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the thawed Cool Whip and instant pudding mix in a medium or large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and gradually incorporate the powdered sugar until a soft, slightly stiff dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, until firm enough to handle.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a small scoop or tablespoon, portion out small balls of the chilled mixture and place them on the parchment-lined sheet.
- Roll each candy between your hands to form smooth, round balls.
- Roll each candy in additional powdered sugar for coating.
- Return the coated candies to the refrigerator to set for 15-20 minutes before serving.
