Description

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) of instant pudding mix (any flavor)
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar, plus extra for coating
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the thawed Cool Whip and instant pudding mix in a medium or large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and gradually incorporate the powdered sugar until a soft, slightly stiff dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, until firm enough to handle.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Using a small scoop or tablespoon, portion out small balls of the chilled mixture and place them on the parchment-lined sheet.
  6. Roll each candy between your hands to form smooth, round balls.
  7. Roll each candy in additional powdered sugar for coating.
  8. Return the coated candies to the refrigerator to set for 15-20 minutes before serving.
