Description
Savory steak bites seared to perfection, tossed in a rich cowboy butter sauce with garlic, smoked paprika, and fresh parsley.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Season the steak bites generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- In a separate small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from heat, pour the cowboy butter sauce over the steak bites, and toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Allow the steak to rest after cooking for better juice distribution. Experiment with flavors in the cowboy butter sauce; consider red pepper flakes for heat or lemon juice for brightness.
