- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion and bell pepper until the meat is cooked and the vegetables are tender. Drain excess fat.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Tear the biscuits into small pieces and add them to the egg mixture along with the cooked beef and vegetables. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with other vegetables or spices for additional flavor. Consider adding jalapeños for a spicy kick.
