Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion and bell pepper until the meat is cooked and the vegetables are tender. Drain excess fat.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Tear the biscuits into small pieces and add them to the egg mixture along with the cooked beef and vegetables. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
