  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, or coconut

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese, mixing until smooth.
  3. Add in the protein powder, stirring well to blend evenly.
  4. Adjust the mixture with 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk until a dough-like consistency forms.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, along with any optional ingredients.
  6. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet and chill for one hour to set.
  8. Coat the chilled protein balls in additional Oreo crumbs or shredded coconut before serving if desired.
