- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 15–20 Oreos, crushed
- 1 cup protein powder
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, or coconut
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs.
- Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese, mixing until smooth.
- Add in the protein powder, stirring well to blend evenly.
- Adjust the mixture with 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, along with any optional ingredients.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and chill for one hour to set.
- Coat the chilled protein balls in additional Oreo crumbs or shredded coconut before serving if desired.
Notes
Experiment with different types of protein powder and mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
