Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine roasted red peppers, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them skin-side down in the skillet.
