Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each cod fillet into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to coat well.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray or brush with melted butter.
- Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the tops with olive oil.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
