Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the grated sweet potatoes and zucchini in a large bowl. Squeeze out excess moisture with a clean kitchen towel.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
