- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Place raw chicken at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and crushed tomatoes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and cover the pot.
- Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken and return to the pot.
- Stir in heavy cream and gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Cook uncovered on low for an additional 20–30 minutes before serving.

For added texture, consider incorporating vegetables like spinach or bell peppers during the last hour of cooking.
