Description
Deliciously crunchy cucumber chips seasoned with ranch for a healthier snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large cucumbers, sliced thin
- 1 packet ranch seasoning (1 ounce)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the cucumbers into thin, even rounds for maximum crispiness. Aim for about ⅛ inch thick.
- Combine the sliced cucumbers with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Gently toss until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned cucumber slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crunchy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes to achieve the perfect crunch.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding garlic powder or cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix. Letting the chips cool enhances their crunchiness.
