- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the cod fillets.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For a super crispy exterior, lightly coat the fillets in breadcrumbs after brushing with the seasoned oil.
