Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the cod fillets.
  5. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
