Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil for the pasta.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

- Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- Add minced garlic to the chicken and sauté until fragrant.
- Crumble Boursin cheese into the skillet.
- Add pasta water gradually to create a creamy sauce.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with 8 oz sautéed mushrooms or roasted vegetables.
- If Boursin isn’t available, use cream cheese mixed with herbs and garlic.
