Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated cheese (such as Gruyère or mozzarella)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

- Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and stir to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes for the flavors to meld.
- Transfer the shrimp mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top.
- Top with breadcrumbs for that perfect crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley.
Notes
For an extra kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne or paprika, and for a creamier texture, increase the amount of heavy cream.
