- 1 box Dolly Parton banana cake mix
- 2 room temperature eggs
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) room temperature butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1–2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Prepare two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add your cake mix, cinnamon, eggs, and butter to a mixing bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Mix in the chopped pecans or walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Use a cookie scoop to make balls of dough and place them on the baking sheets. Press down gently with your palm to flatten slightly.
- Put the sheets into the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.
- Remove from the oven and place the cookies on a wire rack to cool completely.
- Prepare the cinnamon glaze by mixing powdered sugar, cinnamon, and 1-2 tablespoons of water in a bowl until smooth.
- Dip the tops of the cooled cookies in the cinnamon glaze.
- Serve and enjoy!
