- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender.
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with a fresh green salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. For an added flavor boost, integrate herbs like oregano or thyme.
