  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender.
  4. Combine all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl, mixing well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
