- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels.
- Toss the wings with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer.
- Bake the wings at 250°F for 30 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 425°F and bake for another 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crisping.
- Let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
