Instructions
- Combine the cooked rice, milk, and vanilla in a medium saucepan.

- Cover the saucepan and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve warm or chilled, topped with cinnamon and fresh fruit.
Notes
For a thicker pudding, mix in cornstarch with milk at the start. Adjust sweetness with honey or sugar to taste.
