- 1 3-5 lb beef roast (your choice of cut)
- 1½ cups water
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- Vegetables of your choice (potatoes, carrots, celery, etc.)
Instructions
- Place your beef roast into the slow cooker with 1½ cups of water.
- Sprinkle all of the seasoning packets over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
- Add your veggies after 4 hours.
- Cook for an additional 2-4 hours or until the beef easily pulls apart.
Notes
Use fresh vegetables for the best flavor and texture. Avoid opening the lid during cooking to maintain steam.
