- 2 medium Cucumbers
- 1/2 cup Olives (green and black mix)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (optional)
- Fresh herbs (optional, e.g., dill or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into thick rounds.
- Crumble the feta cheese and place a small amount on top of each cucumber slice.
- Add a slice of olive on top of the feta.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
