- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Soften the butter and mix in the minced garlic and parsley to create a flavorful garlic butter.
- Spread the garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone cheeses on the unbuttered side.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low and place the sandwiches buttered-side down.
