Description

An easy no-knead garlic flatbread made with a liquid batter that’s perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Melted unsalted butter
  • 2.5 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 380 ml Water

Instructions

  1. Put the all-purpose flour, salt, minced garlic, and water in a container and mix well until you create a smooth batter.
  2. Add the melted unsalted butter and chopped coriander, mixing well to incorporate all ingredients.
  3. Heat the pan over medium heat, adding a teaspoon of oil.
  4. Use a large spoon to scoop two half-spoonfuls of batter into the pan.
  5. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes before turning to the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Flip back and forth 2 to 3 times until bubbles appear in the batter.
  7. Once bubbles form, turn the heat to high and watch for large bubbles to surface.
  8. Repeat the process for the rest of the flatbread.

Notes

Allow the batter to rest for a few minutes after mixing for better texture. Feel free to adjust garlic and add spices for variation.
