Description
An easy no-knead garlic flatbread made with a liquid batter that’s perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 200 g All-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Melted unsalted butter
- 2.5 tbsp Chopped coriander
- 380 ml Water
Instructions
- Put the all-purpose flour, salt, minced garlic, and water in a container and mix well until you create a smooth batter.
- Add the melted unsalted butter and chopped coriander, mixing well to incorporate all ingredients.
- Heat the pan over medium heat, adding a teaspoon of oil.
- Use a large spoon to scoop two half-spoonfuls of batter into the pan.
- Fry for 1 to 2 minutes before turning to the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Flip back and forth 2 to 3 times until bubbles appear in the batter.
- Once bubbles form, turn the heat to high and watch for large bubbles to surface.
- Repeat the process for the rest of the flatbread.
Notes
Allow the batter to rest for a few minutes after mixing for better texture. Feel free to adjust garlic and add spices for variation.
