- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Vegetables for skewering (optional: bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the refrigerator for best results).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken and optional vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm.
