- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 onion, cut into squares
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix together olive oil, red wine vinegar, chopped parsley, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
- Thread the steak cubes and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between meat and veggies.
- Brush the kabobs with some chimichurri sauce.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve kabobs with remaining chimichurri sauce on the side.
Notes
