A vibrant dish combining tender sirloin steak with fresh vegetables, all enhanced by a zesty chimichurri sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together olive oil, red wine vinegar, chopped parsley, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
  3. Thread the steak cubes and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between meat and veggies.
  4. Brush the kabobs with some chimichurri sauce.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Serve kabobs with remaining chimichurri sauce on the side.

Notes

Consider marinating the steak for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor. Use wooden skewers soaked in water to prevent burning.
