Instructions
- Preheat your grill (or grill pan) to medium heat.
- Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Brush the cut side of the peaches with melted butter.
- Place the peaches cut side down onto the grill pan.
- Grill for about 3 minutes, or until the peaches start to soften and grill marks form.
- Flip the peaches over and sprinkle the tops with the cinnamon brown sugar mixture.
- Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sugar mixture begins to caramelize.
- Remove the peaches from the grill pan and serve immediately with yogurt or ice cream, if desired.
