- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the shrimp, pesto, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss well to coat the shrimp in the marinade.
- Thread the shrimp onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Serve warm with pasta or a salad.
Notes
Experiment with different flavors of pesto or add vegetables like bell peppers to the skewers for added flavor.
