- 1 cup diced leftover ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Mix diced ham, Swiss cheese, and chopped spinach in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
