Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in your desired broth, bringing it to a simmer.
- Add chopped vegetables, grains, and protein. Stir well.
- Season with herbs and spices of choice, adjusting to taste.
- Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once done, remove from heat. If using grains, ensure they are fully cooked.
