- 1 package of stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, stuffing mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and frozen mixed vegetables in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
