  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess grease.
  3. Layer the sliced potatoes, cooked beef mixture, and diced tomatoes in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, add the shredded cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
