- 4 medium potatoes, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Layer the sliced potatoes, cooked beef mixture, and diced tomatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, add the shredded cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
