  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 can diced tomatoes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, then drain any excess fat.
  4. Layer the diced potatoes in a large baking dish, followed by the ground beef mixture and diced tomatoes if using.
