Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
