Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 cups water
- Ice
- Lemon slices and mint for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of water in a small saucepan and stir in the honey and ginger until the honey dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the ginger out and let the syrup cool.
- Mix the cooled syrup with the lemon juice and the remaining 1 cup of water in a pitcher.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or lemon juice to taste. Experiment with garnishes or variations using fresh herbs.
