Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy in a separate bowl.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- For the crumble, mix the flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle this over the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked into the center.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- For the icing, mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle this over the cooled loaf.
