- 2 cans of refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 pound sliced ham
- 1/2 pound sliced salami
- 1/2 pound sliced provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup banana pepper rings, drained
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Optional: lettuce and tomato slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the greased dish, sealing the seams.
- Layer the sliced ham, salami, provolone cheese, pepperoni, banana peppers, and roasted red peppers on top of the dough.
- Sprinkle the top with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese, then drizzle olive oil over the assembly.
- Unroll the second can of crescent dough on top and seal the edges well.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
- Cool slightly before slicing into squares and serve with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
