Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, diced green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.

- Serve warm with crackers, chips, or crostini.
Notes
