Scale
  • 4 Cod Fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons White Miso Paste
  • 2 tablespoons Mirin

Notes

Consider adding a sprinkle of chili flakes for a kick or garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions for freshness.
