- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls)
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Mix shredded rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the buns.
- Layer cheese slices on top of the chicken mixture.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
- Mix melted butter with parsley and poppy seeds, then brush over the tops of the buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

For extra flavor, consider adding hot sauce to the chicken mixture or using different cheeses like pepper jack or sharp cheddar.
