- 2 Zucchini, sliced
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced zucchini and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine shredded rotisserie chicken, sautéed zucchini, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
