Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup milk
  • Optional: chopped pickles and mustard for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic in a large pot over medium heat until the meat is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes (with juice), and Worcestershire sauce to the pot. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in the macaroni and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with pickles and mustard if desired. Serve hot.
