- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- Optional: chopped pickles and mustard for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic in a large pot over medium heat until the meat is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes (with juice), and Worcestershire sauce to the pot. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in the macaroni and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with pickles and mustard if desired. Serve hot.
