Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon gelatin (optional)
- 1 tablespoon water (if using gelatin)
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Peel and dice the mangoes, then blend them in a blender until smooth.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in water (if using) and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the mango puree, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice into the whipped cream.
- If using gelatin, heat it slightly until melted and then fold it into the mixture.
- Divide the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until set.
- Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
Notes
Chill the heavy cream for best results, and feel free to adjust sweetness based on mangoes’ ripeness.
