Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into 12 meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, melt butter and mix with minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan.
- Place meatballs on slider buns and brush with garlic Parmesan butter.
