  • 1/2 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into 12 meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter and mix with minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan.
  6. Place meatballs on slider buns and brush with garlic Parmesan butter.
