Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped fresh tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and cook until the tomatoes start to break down.
- Stir in fresh basil and remove from heat.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the tomato-basil sauce over the top.
