- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken for up to 4 hours. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
