- Several slices of crustless bread
- 180g canned tuna
- 1 red onion
- 150g stuffed olives
- 1 bunch of fresh chives
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Start by preparing the filling. In a bowl, combine the canned tuna, finely chopped red onion, chopped olives, chopped chives, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard. Mix until well combined.
- Cut the crusts off the bread slices. Lay out the slices on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous amount of the tuna filling on one slice of bread, then top with lettuce and sliced cherry tomatoes.
- Place another slice of bread on top to form a sandwich. Repeat the process for the remaining bread and filling.
- Cut the sandwiches into smaller pieces or shapes as desired for serving. Arrange them on a platter and enjoy with family and friends!
