Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and cut it into circles that fit into a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

- Pour the egg mixture on top, filling each cup.
