- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 1/4 cup sake
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
- Whisk together miso paste, sake, mirin, and sugar until smooth.
- Place black cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the cod from the marinade and wipe off excess.
- Place on a baking sheet and season lightly with salt.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
