Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your muffin tin with paper liners or cooking spray.
  3. Mix the rolled oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk together the applesauce, eggs, milk, and oil in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until combined.

  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
