- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, spinach, Monterey Jack cheese, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and fold them into the chicken mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the French fried onions on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the onions are crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
