Description

A comforting casserole featuring shredded chicken, fresh spinach, and creamy Monterey Jack cheese enveloped in fluffy biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, spinach, Monterey Jack cheese, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and fold them into the chicken mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the French fried onions on top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the onions are crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
