Ingredients

- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 lb ground meat (beef or chicken)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares to fit into a muffin tin.
- In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the pastry-lined muffin tin with the meat mixture and sprinkle cheese on top if using.
- Cover with another layer of pastry and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
