Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 – 3 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the butter, granulated sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, let it cook for exactly 1 minute, then remove it from the heat.
- Stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the quick cooking oats until they are fully incorporated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper, shaping them into cookies.
- Allow them to cool and set for about 10-15 minutes.
Notes
Customize with mini chocolate chips or nuts. Adjust oats for desired texture.
