Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 33 1/2 cups quick cooking oats

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the butter, granulated sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.
  3. Once boiling, let it cook for exactly 1 minute, then remove it from the heat.
  4. Stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gradually mix in the quick cooking oats until they are fully incorporated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper, shaping them into cookies.
  7. Allow them to cool and set for about 10-15 minutes.
